NIKKE 3rd Anniversary PART 2 – Event Story Thoughts

I finished reading the second part of Goddess of Victory: Nikke’s 3rd Anniversary event, Goddess Fall, about an hour ago. If you haven’t finished the event, consider this a spoiler warning. To say A LOT has happened is an understatement and I’d really like to get my thoughts down and discuss a few things that I’ve noticed.

NIKKE 3rd Anniversary PART 1- Yoo Hyung-seok made Nayuta just for me

Nayuta – One of three new SSR units for the 3rd anniversary event.

The third anniversary of popular booty shooter Goddess of Victory: Nikke is finally here! While I started playing a few months after its release in November 2022, I was very conscious of the game’s existence around the time of its launch. This is going to be a bit of a sampler of my thoughts about the first half of the Goddess Fall story event, the current state of the game, and a few story/lore ramblings as well.

An Update on Wandering Chrysanthemum (10/2025)

In either late September or early October I wrote about how slow I felt that the script for Wandering Chrysanthemum was progressing. Thankfully, this is not the case anymore and I feel like I’m approaching the end of the first draft of the story.

Why Touching Grass is Necessary if You’re Creative

Hello everyone,

It’s been about two months since my last blog post. I’ve been working on the Wandering Chrysanthemum and deep down I know that the writing probably won’t be really good, but I’m trying to ignore that and keep pushing just so I can have A SCRIPT completed by the end of the year. I don’t think I’m necessarily suffering from writers’ block, but time seems to be in short supply nowadays. I might have to double, no, triple my efforts to have a script completed by the end of 2025. Seriously though, I’m less worried about it since I returned from my vacation on Friday. That’s probably the first topic that I’d like to write about at length.

The Many Faces of Amagi (VN Character Development)

Amagi character concepts and updates on other stuff!

Hello everyone, it’s been a little while.

My last update was back in early July. After pondering it a bit, I guess I was a little busy. The visual novel has been on my mind a lot lately. I was very frustrated at myself this summer because of the lack of progress. Not long ago, a friend of mine who I used to make videos with in high school reached out and now we’re in touch again. I think I’ve been missing a creative person in my life, you know, someone to bounce ideas off of and that also likes to create things. Like, I follow artists online but they don’t seem approachable and they’re way beyond my level.

Personal Projects from June 2025

The month of June was fruitful in terms of opportunities to learn about electronics. While the projects in this post didn’t take too long individually, I definitely thought about them a lot. I’m going to talk about what I worked on last month, include some pictures, and talk about some of the setbacks that I experienced.

Stellar Blade Beat Me To The Punch

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting to enjoy Stellar Blade as much as I did. Last November, Shaun, a YouTuber who I’ve been following a very long time released a video called: Stellar Blade: The Fake Outrage. I’m re-watching is as I write this post, but it was mainly about how Mark Kern (it’s really hard to describe who he is in one sentence so here’s a video) created a fake bogey-man and owned “wokeness” by praising the developer of Stellar Blade, Shift Upfor giving their main protagonist a lot of sex appeal.

Shaun also provides a review for the game, which I watched before playing the game for myself, regrettably. It shaped a lot of my opinions going into the game which I had to force myself to let go the deeper I got into it.

6/9/2025 – It’s okay to start over sometimes, you know?

Hey friends,

I’ve been a little busy catching up with an old friend who really means a lot to me. I’ve also been hanging out with friend in real life and wondering a bit about the future, so a lot of the stuff on here was put on hold for a few weeks. I’m kind of worried about falling back into old routines. I think that scared me a little because part of me feels like any positive changes that I have made will just be negated. However, I don’t think this has been the case. The world really isn’t as “all or nothing” as I’ve been brought up to believe. I have a few topics I just want to talk about as I wrap up the weekend.

5/21/2025 – Privacy & Ownership, video game hardware, Streaming

The title is a mouthful this time, but I have a lot of stray thoughts that I want to talk about tonight. Sometimes I wonder if an audio log would be a better format for these types of posts, but I think the editing would feel like a lot of work over time. Besides, I think I prefer typing out what’s on my mind. It’s rewarding to see my thoughts materialized when I finish a blog post.
